- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible customer service- I booked appointment online- turned up to scheduled appointment only to be told there was a $75 dollar fee after 4pm- this was not mentioned when booking or on confirmation email. Half decent customer service would ensure that people would be informed of fees upon booking. Reception staff clearly knew this information is not being disclosed upon booking.
